Through evangelism, medical outreach, and educational support programs, the AAYP Kalangala mission in Mulabana Village is actively changing lives. Communities are being reached both physically and spiritually every day. Treatment is being given to patients, and the idea for an improved learning environment is beginning to take shape.
Nevertheless, despite these advancements, the mission is currently experiencing a severe financial deficit that could impede or limit its full impact.
Understanding the Total Budget Requirement
The total budget estimate is UGX 80,000,000 and there are two main parts to this budget:

1. Evangelism & Medical Outreach – UGX 50,000,000
This covers all activities related to spreading the gospel and running the medical camp.

2. Construction of Dormitory & Classroom Block – UGX 30,000,000
This is a critical long-term investment in education.
- Dormitory Construction: UGX 15,000,000
- Classroom Block Construction: UGX 15,000,000

Observation
- Many learners currently study in overcrowded or temporary classrooms
- Lack of a dormitory forces children to travel long distances daily
- This contributes to fatigue, absenteeism, and reduced academic performance

The Urgency: Why This Cannot Wait
The situation on the ground is pressing:
- High patient turnout is rapidly depleting available medicines
- Learning conditions remain inadequate for growing enrollment
- Construction has not yet started due to limited funds
- Mission activities are ongoing, increasing daily operational costs
Every day without sufficient funding results in:
- Interrupted medical services
- Delayed construction progress
- Reduced outreach effectiveness

What Has Been Achieved So Far
Despite financial limitations, meaningful progress has been made:
- A functional medical camp is already serving the community
- Medicines have been purchased and distributed
- Evangelism activities are ongoing and impactful
- Awareness about the school’s needs has been created

This demonstrates that every contribution directly translates into impact.
The Remaining Gap
While some funds have been raised, a substantial portion of the UGX 80 million is still needed to:
- Sustain the medical camp until completion
- Fully stock medicines for all patients
- Begin and complete construction works
- Support ongoing evangelism logistics
Your Support is Critical
This mission depends on collective effort. The need is immediate, and the opportunity to make a difference is real.

Every Contribution Counts
- UGX 10,000 → Helps purchase basic medication
- UGX 50,000 → Supports treatment for multiple patients
- UGX 100,000+ → Contributes to construction materials
No contribution is too small. Every amount moves the mission forward.
Conclusion: A Shared Responsibility
Kalangala is calling. The need is clear. The plan is structured. The impact is already visible.
What remains is our collective response.
Together, let’s raise UGX 80,000,000 to fulfill this mission of bringing hope, healing, and education to Mulabana and beyond.
