The Association of Adventist Young Professionals (AAYP) warmly invites all members, associates, and friends to attend the January 2026 AAYP Fellowship & Handover, a significant gathering that marks the beginning of a new year of service, leadership, and renewed commitment to mission.
This fellowship provides an opportunity for reflection, transition, and alignment as AAYP sets its direction for 2026 under the guiding theme “Refocused for Mission.”

Purpose of the Fellowship
The January fellowship is designed to bring members together in worship, reflection, and strategic focus at the start of the year. It creates space for strengthening fellowship, renewing spiritual commitment, and reinforcing the shared vision of AAYP as a faith-driven professional association.
Key Activities
1. Executive Committee Handover
The fellowship will formally mark the handover between the outgoing and incoming Executive Committee. This transition reflects AAYP’s commitment to accountability, continuity, and servant leadership.
2. Launch of the 2026 Annual Work Plan
Members will be introduced to the 2026 Annual Work Plan, outlining priority programs, activities, and strategic focus areas for the year ahead. This session will provide clarity on how members can actively participate and contribute.
3. Guest Address
Dr. Sam Biraro will deliver a keynote message aligned with the theme “Refocused for Mission.” The address will challenge and inspire members to align their faith, profession, and service with God’s calling.
4. Fellowship and Networking
The event will also provide an opportunity for meaningful interaction, strengthening professional and faith-based relationships within the AAYP community.
