AAYP is not for profit, voluntary and membership based association that serves as an umbrella organization for Adventist Young professionals.
When was the Association of Adventist Young Professionals (AAYP) established?
AAYP was launched in 2009 by the then Minister of Ethics and Integrity, Mr. Nsaba Butuuro, with the aim of coordinating Adventist professionals for their development and community impact.
What is the organizational structure of AAYP?
AAYP is a members-based organization registered as an association and a company limited by guarantee. It operates on the principles of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and boasts strong governance norms and structures following corporate governance rules and norms
What activities does AAYP implement?
AAYP implements spiritual and economic development activities aimed at transforming the lives of youths and communities at local, national, and international levels. These activities contribute to the National Development Plan of Uganda, community development agendas, and global Sustainable Development Goals.
